Ponchatoula location it the worst location ever. When I first got the truck it sounded like it didn't want to start up. Then when I got to my storage unit and loaded up all my things into the truck it wouldn't turn over. I called the ponchatoula location back and was told to call 1800gouhaul, for roadside assistance. I called them and waited 2 hours and no one ever showed up.
