Jason LJust dropped off after hours, didn't see anyone
JUSTIN SThis is not for the location, this is regarding Uhaul customer service. Since the initial reservation, uhaul customer service 1. Never advised me of the hold that was placed on my card 2. Pricing was not honored when I received phone call that the 10ft I had reserved was not available and would receive 15ft at same price. I had to call back in after receiving final invoice. All but last rep were unhelpful.
Stacy SPonchatoula location it the worst location ever. When I first got the truck it sounded like it didn't want to start up. Then when I got to my storage unit and loaded up all my things into the truck it wouldn't turn over. I called the ponchatoula location back and was told to call 1800gouhaul, for roadside assistance. I called them and waited 2 hours and no one ever showed up.
