Better software communication/ networking
JOHN DLocation failed to set up equipment for after hours pickup claiming that uhaul did not send them the information. I, however, had received the confirmation via email. When I returned the next day to get the equipment the staff at the location were very combative, rude, and dismissive of the situation. During the interaction the staff degraded uhaul itself and the areas other pickup/drop-off locations. A very unpleasant and unprofessional interaction.

MEGAN AI was greeted as soon as I hit the parking lot. The staff was willing and able to check my vehicle in and get me on my way ....super fast! And appreciated the help.
