They did not have the equipment that I reserved and had to make due with different equipment that didn't work as good for what I needed to move

The location was acceptable but I don't understand why I couldn't get the trailer at my original choice location. I'm wondering if the original location is being ignored for some reason.
Douglas BNo one told us that we needed a 2” ball for our hitch, they had none in stock, had to run to another store. Then no pigtail for the lights, again had to drive to another store, with no lights on the trailer, to pick up a pigtail. Original store is just not stocked enough to accommodate the needs of the customer.
linda wboth of the workers were very respectable very helpful. Had a very good attitude and they were very nice. I would recommend anybody this location.
ATHIA TTrailer was perfect for my motorcycle. It was an open top so I had to blanket and tarp bike really well going from Illinois to Florida. Trailer rad great. Heavy duty.
