The availability to hold the rental for a few hours till I could get there to p/u the truck worked out for me. To was so convenient and the staff was so friendly & helpful.

The truck was damaged when I picked it up; scrapes, accident damage on passenger door, drivers door wouldn’t close without repeatedly slamming it and had a tear in the sheet metal by the window. This vehicle should have been removed from service or repaired.
