The location and the truck are a 5 star experience. The uhaul website took 20-25 to load and accept my rental info. Please make updates as this is very inconvienent for customers. I planned my entire day around this rental and then while picking it up, was unsure if I was going to be able to rent the uhaul that day. In the end, the website did load , but it should not be an emotional roller coaster of events.
