GORDON EWouldn't allow me to pay upfront with debit
JERROD MI was delayed in my travel due to very bad weather and contacted customer service prior to actually getting on the road to see if anything could be done for me. Customer service rep was amazing - call centre was in Halifax. Although the 'system' would not allow an adjustment, a note was put on file to indicate that I needed extra days for my 1 way trip and to not charge me. At the drop off at Workman's location in Port Hastings, Mike was VERY nice and personable - he also knew a family member so had a little chat on the side which was really nice. Mike had a little bit of an issue to be able to give the extra time without charge but was finally able to complete the transaction. He welcomed me home and finalized my trip with a smile amd amazing service. Recommend this location anytime! as well.
