How U-Haul Reviews WorkA very supportive and smart dealer for U-HAUL.
henry bThe location and staff were great but it was not the original location requested. It was 2 hours away and caused a significant delay in our move which had very tight timelines. We received a call saying we were late returning the unit. We were delayed by 5 hours due to the location change and assumed the return time would be adjusted. It was after we complained. The staff were great, equipment great but getting a notification at 4pm the day before we were travelling that the location for pick up was moved several hours away is not ok.
