The on-line booking is not reliable enough to count on a vehicle. I lost two days because the truck I booked was not available. If it would have been person to person I would have been notified earlier and I could have made other arrangements.

be able to get more selection of different sizes of boxes to use for moving
VERN K.I rented for a five hour drive and had no air conditioning (not working - or “not charged†as I was told). The truck was in need of an alignment job and was uncomfortable to drive because of this (truck felt unsafe and was pulling to one side). It was clean, but reeked of a bad smelling disinfectant the whole ride. Owner was friendly, but would not cut me a bit of a break (because of the no a/c). I wasn't happy with that.
