Both pickups were very easy (truck and trailer a couple days later). A problem with the equipment for the trailer was handled quickly and professionally. I was very pleased with the level of customer service.

KEVIN MWas not able to pick up my Uhaul at my reservation time (7:30am), there were no keys in the lockbox. 24/7 Uhaul support was amazing and I appreciate her whole heartily. I had to come back at 9am when the location opened only to find the employee had no idea of my reservation, he found it in the system and then proceeded to tell me they did not have the appliance dolly that I had paid for and made me drive to another of their locations in my Uhaul to pick it up wasting more of my time and adding milage and fuel usage to my rental. They did "extend" my rental time but only after I pleaded with them about the time I had lost and that I had already been in contact with UHaul support earlier that morning.
