The automated service is horrible. It me over an hour to obtain the keys for my rental truck. After using app, website and phone support I still ended up just going into the office to have them complete the transaction and get the key. My suggestion is to ditch the automated service and stick with humans.
lauren bThe location was fine. However I am extremely disappointed with U haul. I had booked the truck rental with another location as well as requested moving blankets, hand cart, and a dolly. Then I get a message it's been moved expecting people will be there and they were not. I had to do mobile. However, I couldn't get the truck earlier than 10am even though I was at 8:4am. I lost over an hour trying to get a truck/we were moving my sister 3 hours away. A truck with none of the items I originally requested. Then I asked the rep about my items and I am told I have to go to middletown ny to get these items, over an hour a way. I was not happy.
William PYou over charged me by 314 miles. I knew something was wrong when the attendant refused to give me a receipt before I left the location. I’m filing a police report right now.
