Fix the ignition , truck would not start unless u jiggled key for 10 min, afraid to shut it off, so i had to leave it running while i loadad and unloaded the truck, so upsetting.

Charles RThe equipment seemed old, the sun visor clip had fallen out and it was flopping down. The worst part was that it was almost impossible to turn the key in the ingnition. We struggled for about 10 minutes before we could get it to turn on, then decided to leave it running so as not to have to go through that again.
Patricia RJ’s Mobil staff was very kind and professional. The opposite can be said of Auto Dreams Group LTD and their UHAUL rep, Chad, down the road. He was extremely rude, unprofessional and mean. Frank GI rented a 10' truck and it was very clean and almost new (1,460 miles) and it was quieter than the one I last rented. I drove it more than 450 miles and I found the headlights were very weak (yellow and no real reach). Also not having any USB port did not allow me to charge my phone while using it for the GPS. Another thing a truck like this could have would be a cruise control setup. When driving a lot of miles on a highway like the NJ Turnpike, the cruise control would be of great help. Just some ideas I think would make the rental a bit better.
