The cab of the truck was nasty when I picked it up..

Pedro CThe gas station employee was not prepared to handle the pick up process. They did not have the knowledge or training to process the transaction and they did not have a computer or tablet and were trying to process on a personal phone. Took entirely too long for what should have been a simple process.
Elizabeth BManager charged me for a 15 foot truck when I ordered a 10 foot truck and when U-Haul called me, they said I would get the 15 foot truck for the price of the 10 foot truck since they didn’t have any 10 but trucks in stock. I was also charged a $15 fee for supplemental insurance that I did not authorize. Tried to call the manager several times today with no response. Text message went unread. He owes me $25 and needs to credit my card back ASAP. Just tried to call him once again before I send this and no answer and no Voicemail to leave a message.
