The location was not open to pick up the equipment. I had to rent it over the phone with the regional scheduling manager 30 minutes after the reservation time.

I waited over an hour for this location to open. They were supposed to open at nine but didn’t. We were late picking up my stuff!!! Very disappointed!!!!
