I've never had issues with the service. However, this bad review is because I had reserved for a specific time, and when I arrived, my rental wasn't ready. They falsely claim they will refund you $50 and find you an alternative if that happens—money I never received. On top of that, they charged me $1.29 per mile for the replacement option they gave me, when the standard rate is $0.99. It's wrong to offer a guarantee when booking and then end up charging you even more when things go wrong.

The location was not open to pick up the equipment. I had to rent it over the phone with the regional scheduling manager 30 minutes after the reservation time.
Joshua RI waited over an hour for this location to open. They were supposed to open at nine but didn’t. We were late picking up my stuff!!! Very disappointed!!!!
