Extremely frustrated that my truck pickup location was changed THREE TIMES before I got my vehicle. A 9:00 AM pick up time was offered and chosen. However, the location did not open until 9:30 AM! Also, the truck I selected wasn't even available at any of the three locations. Very fortunate that I ultimately ended up with a 20 foot truck instead of the 15 foot truck I originally selected.

GEORGE AEasy
GEORGE AI was told the tank was full so I filled it upon return. I drove 48 miles and I had to put in almost 7 gallons of gas. Do the math— less than 7 mpg. Was told to reach out to customer service because they couldn’t issue refunds in store.
