I was told the tank was full so I filled it upon return. I drove 48 miles and I had to put in almost 7 gallons of gas. Do the math— less than 7 mpg. Was told to reach out to customer service because they couldn’t issue refunds in store.

Interior of cab had not been cleaned. The rubber strip between the cab roof and the wind shield was detaching & made a terrible sound while traveling. We figured out the problem & temporarily taped it down for our return trip. The cab of the van had not been cleaned out. The UHaul rep Audi, at this location, was kind & informative. The location for pickup & return is an easy in & out. Very accessible.

Paul NUhaul service attendant was very courteous and receptive. Promptly provided answers to my questions. Appliance dolly wasn't available at this location as originally requested when I reserved the truck. Had to go to different location to pickup dolly. Recommend uhaul dispatch track dollies with trucks so customer doesn't have to go to two locations. Thank you.
DANIEL Lthat truck was the dirtiest truck I've ever rented. it was scratched and scraped and the front license plate had been torn off before I got it!. it took almost an hour to photo all the damage on the truck before I would take it off the lot.
