Uhaul service attendant was very courteous and receptive. Promptly provided answers to my questions. Appliance dolly wasn't available at this location as originally requested when I reserved the truck. Had to go to different location to pickup dolly. Recommend uhaul dispatch track dollies with trucks so customer doesn't have to go to two locations. Thank you.

that truck was the dirtiest truck I've ever rented. it was scratched and scraped and the front license plate had been torn off before I got it!. it took almost an hour to photo all the damage on the truck before I would take it off the lot.

Gary BLocation site was fined- U-Haul switching me to a location that p miles away and then charging me for the miles is a bit of a bait and switch. Doubled my charges and no other options given.
