GEORGE AI was told the tank was full so I filled it upon return. I drove 48 miles and I had to put in almost 7 gallons of gas. Do the math— less than 7 mpg. Was told to reach out to customer service because they couldn’t issue refunds in store.
RYAN CInterior of cab had not been cleaned. The rubber strip between the cab roof and the wind shield was detaching & made a terrible sound while traveling. We figured out the problem & temporarily taped it down for our return trip. The cab of the van had not been cleaned out. The UHaul rep Audi, at this location, was kind & informative. The location for pickup & return is an easy in & out. Very accessible.
