Location site was fined- U-Haul switching me to a location that p miles away and then charging me for the miles is a bit of a bait and switch. Doubled my charges and no other options given.

Andrew UHadi was very responsive & helpful Problem - I stopped at U-Haul contractor in Purdy Wa which didn’t have 1way trailer. They were extremely helpful in calling around. They called a representative who said a 5x8 cargo was available in Pt Orchard. I immediately went there & it was NOT available (something about a on-line reservation) so I had to take a larger more expensive trailer.
