Eric CThe gentleman at this store is very helpful. He gave me a bolt to put in the hitch so that it would not pop off my ball hitch. Uhaul does not provide this, he did it. Uhaul also does not have trailers with a jack on the tongue which is EXTREMELY inconvenient.
Gregory TMy only complaint is that awkward parking situation in the front. Definitely promote the rear entry access to new customers.
