I arrived mid-afternoon, but on Wednesdays, they close at noon. Very confusing to drop a trailer due to proximity to the road. There is a back entrance, and I received a text vaguely explaining that, but it was a 20-25 minutes fiasco figuring out where to drop the trailer. A gentlemen came by just after dropping the trailer and was very nice and said he'd take care of any paperwork (which he did). Just a confusing location to drop off - even during hours they are open.

This was a drop off...no one there.
Tina BThe gentleman who helped us at this location was pretty rude from the beginning. We ended up making good time on our trip and wanted to drop the trailer off early. He complained about us being early and said he would have preferred a phone call giving him the heads up. Then proceeded to say, “we don’t take kindly to refugees here.” Tried to play it off like he was kidding but it made my husband and I very uncomfortable. We’re military and not even from California. He’s working at a business tailored to families and individuals moving. He shouldn’t be so quick to assume.
