The gentleman at this store is very helpful. He gave me a bolt to put in the hitch so that it would not pop off my ball hitch. Uhaul does not provide this, he did it. Uhaul also does not have trailers with a jack on the tongue which is EXTREMELY inconvenient.

We was by himself on a Sunday and swamped he was still friendly, took the time to make sure we had everything we needed, and to make sure we understood everything related to our rental. Dont just do everything online or on the app, go in and talk to him. Itll be worth your time and he may even be able to save your couple bucks.
