The guy working didn’t come to the counter for five to ten minutes. We asked him how to use the dolly and his reply was look up a YouTube video! One spring was missing to lock in the ramp so we had to purchase bunji cords to hold it. Called him at the location we picked it up and left a voicemail. Never got a call back.

As is pretty consistent with previous reviews, the web site is terrible. It doesn't give you a clear picture of options and times. The location personnel were very professional and helpful, as well considerate about the web site.
robert gIt was great however since upon booking the customer service representative over the phone Lisa demanded my credit card and all I ask3d was if I could get assistance locating the trailer. She then proceeded to put nasty notes about me in the system saying not to rent to me. That was not appreciated she almost caused my family to be stranded. Please remove all negative comments about me internally and please investigate the call yourself
