Showed up at 9am per reservation. Nobody was at the location, no sign of any uhaul rentals in the parking lot, nobody answered phones in that location. Drove around for 40 mins looking for the right spot. Found it on the other end of town from where the address was.

It was just a drop off no staff was present (closed) the lot was clean and organized
ALFRED EMake sure there is a Dolly in the trucks. I requested one, and I understand things happen, so maybe all trucks should be equipped with one already. Other than that, I had an overall great experience with this location, great customer service.
