Customer service in the AM upon pick-up was terrible. Employee was slow and dismissive. The two guys upon return were excellent.

Need a better way of charging for gas. I feel like I was overcharged

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Very pleased with the service at this location. Regarding my storage unit there (0430) it would be nice if there were some sort of elevator or ramp to move items onto the second level rather than stairs. I work alone usually, and have difficulty moving bulky and/or heavy items up and down the stairs.

it was fast, efficient, not stressful, and relatively inexpensive. Keep it up! The whole process was faster than in the past actually. Keep it up!

The 26 foot truck was awesome, and tge interaction with Uhaul was great. Some small issues. The mileage was 1.5 miles more than what was on my slip. The gas gage read just under 1/2 a tank when my slip stated half a tank. There was unrecorded damage, and a wiper blade was missing. I informed the employee of the issues before returning the truck. I was charged for the 1.5 miles over the odometer reading. .40 cents a mile. Not fair, but is it worth my time to call and correct it? Probably not.

Maybe not charge so much for gas. I wouldn’t mind put gas I just never remember what side of the truck it’s on or if I can fit under some of the gas stations height limits.

Van had a flat tire- called location to see if we could switch out for another van- couldn't get through- had to talk to some person in another location- had to have a truck dispatched because I couldn't leave my daughter stranded at night and she couldn't tell me if my daughter would be able to switch out the van-- she drove it back to the location and they switched it out. I cancelled service call but felt bad for truck driver- location was awesome, but customers should be able to talk to people at location if they are open.

They gave us the keys to go find the lot, it wasn't where they said then we finally found it and had to go get someone to move other trucks. Mileage was wrong had to go back in for that as well, then some of our stuff got wet cause there was a leak in the truck.

When I picked up the truck the contract stated the fuel level was 1/4. When I got the truck the level was a very small amount below 1/4 and the dash board claimed 35 miles to E. I figured they just estimate the fuel and as long as I return it with more than 35 miles left I was okay. I returned the truck with 56 miles until E so clearly more than it started with but the gauge read slightly under 1/4 so the uhaul employee made me the tank with another 5 gallons. While us wasn’t a huge deal I had to come back to the location hours later and I was originally told the gauge being slightly under 1/4 is normal and not to worry about it.

Everyone was great here, but when I made an initial phone call to get info- that person- Travis, was a bit rude and impatient answering questions. Everyone on location was great.

The rep immediately approached me to return the truck and it was fast. He was also very appreciative and welcoming.

Remove Rocket Movers from your list of third party movers. They did not show up.

Very good services and helpful staff! Great cargo vans and tucks. It would be great to have packages that include more mileage. Will definitely use again!

I dropped it off after hours and there was no indication if I was supposed to drop off at a specific place within the U-Haul facility at Marginal Way in Portland, ME. Either way, I dropped it off in an employ spot on the grounds and everything went well. .

The phone app needs work, big time. There is no mention of a one hour window to pick up the truck. Then there is no where anywhere in the app that says out of state licenses can't make a reservation. If you want to get with the digital age, at least these two issues need immediate attention.

The truck was clean but did have a hint of marijuana smell in the cab. I used the phone app and it would have been easier if the truck was closer to the lock boxes.
