Lack of communication. We were told we should have made a storage reservation on line. No one else said that to us. And then we were told we needed to buy a round lock which we did. In the storage unit was a round lock waiting for us. We tried to return the purchased lock and had a go round,for 30 minuted until finally the manage told the agent to refund the lock purchase. Arrogant and non helpful,agents Jesse especially. Just glad to finally be done and out of there.DENNIS D.
Rental returned on time but charged another day. Tried to resolve twice over the last 2 days via phone after waiting on hold 20+ minutes with no success each time. Frustrating when call goes to U-Haul Corp, long wait to get someone and then they can't do anything. Drove back to store on day 3 and they acknowledged mistake and said somebody would process a refund in 2-4 days. Not much of an apology other than to describe only one person around and busy the day my truck was returned. I will make an effort NOT to use U-Haul next time.JOHN D.
Answer the phone. The U-Haul Website did not recognize my reservation number and I was unable to get through on the to confirm it several times due to nobody answering. The people who worked at both locations were great and very helpful, but the wait on the phone and the lack of somone answering the call in a timely manner was disappointing.Joseph D.

I felt as thought the charges listed online were misleading - online it was showing one total then I was charged nearly triple that amount. My rental was returned 45 minutes late (which I understand I am responsible for) BUT the representative at the location said not to worry that "it's not a problem at all" THEN I was charged another FULL rental charge for a "second day rental" ... customer service was able to refund me but it would've been nice for the representative to have that conversation with me in person. I will not use uhaul ever again as I am also not interested in utilizing a company that doesn't provide full upfront pricing and then runs an amount on your card with no communication prior to. I understand the milage charges are hard to verify but again, that is why they should call you before just running an amount on your card. I'm sure this is all in fine print somewhere so its "my fault" but its just a very misleading way to conduct business. It seems like uhaul just hopes you don't actually review the charges so they can take way more money than was originally agreed to.EBEN M.
The operations associate or manager of worked with was fantastic! He should be promoted! He hade the rental the smoothest experience I have ever had with uhaul. He even went above and beyond as he was leaving for the day, instead of letting me do a mobile return he unlocked the doors and made sure the return process was just as easy as the pick up. Under staffed location caused delays. If you reserve ahead of time they should have it ready for you to pickup. Not have to locate it on a separate lot whiling waiting for a free attendent who has no idea where to look after waiting in line for 15 minutes and having an employee who struggled with the process. There was a couple of running lights out on the rental as well. Overall not a good experience and would not recommend this location. When I left there was a line out the door assuming over an hour wait based on the amount of employees and the service I received.JOHN C.
I have one complaint. When I picked-up the truck , I was told that the fuel tank was full. Indeed the needle showed full. I drove the car 16 miles then refilled the tank before returning it. It took just over 5 gallons. Either the tank wasn't really full (which is what I believe), or the truck gets 3 miles per gallon, which I don't believe. It's not a lot of money, but I feel cheated.ROBERT B.
