Employees were short staffed and the computer system allowed my truck to be rented to another customer so ended up waiting a full hour for replacement. Truck was not cleaned due to staffing shortage, as there were at least 15 people waiting for over an hour in line. Was not credited for the hour I waited on the truck return time as well. Rented truck for 100 miles of which 40 miles was used just getting back to my move location due to unavailability of vehicle near my home. Very discouraging but not employees fault!!

I was ready to write a scathing review because my uhaul truck was rented to me with an error in the contract, an aweful smell and a leaky roof. Upon return, the wonderful staff helped me by addressing and compensating for the issues I had. I use uhaul 3-4 times a week for work and usually I am quite satisfied. My only complaint is that 411 Marginal Way is understaffed. There is always a significant wait and it seems unfair to both the client and the service reps - all of which are personable and hardworking.

Rented a truck at 10:30 and returned it at 7am put key in drop box and they found it at 10:36 so they charge an extra day. Put fuel in and brought it to the level it was at when taken out and charges 9 dollars for gas on a 70 mile trip. I contacted Uhal and was refunded the extra day rental but spent over 60 min on hold making 3 calls.

The driver side visor was broken so it was tilted down the entire time. I could see, but it wasn't the best situation. Also the engine light came on a little ways before returning it. The gas gauge differed from the paper receipt I got. Other than that, it worked well and was clean. Customer service was good.

Had to wait 25 minutes in a two person line. The manager was freindly enough. Waited at my trailer for ages until i got impatient and hitched the trailer myself. Small trailers of this nature of no stranger to me. Had to BUY a brake afapter because the trailers dont take REAL 9 pin brake harnesses. Had an employee check my trailer hookup twice and was cleared twice. Leaving my destination after unloading my trailer CAME OFF THE BALL going 35 mph. When i got back all i got was a verbal apology. I wont be using uhaul again. Ill pay more for a real rental.

My vehicle was filthy. It reeked of smoke, there were ashes all over the cabin, food and coffee stains on the door and passenger seat. Then I was charged $25 for cleaning?! That was more than the rental fee, but NOT disclosed to me prior to renting.

I waited in line for an hour and a half to pick up my truck. It was a Saturday and there was only one person working the desk.

The trucka headlight was out and I had to drive through New York City with my high beams on. This could've gotten me a ticket. Also you should check the engine. I think there might be a transmission issue.

BEWARE!! This location isn't honest. I declined buying the extra insurance. The location knew this and they charged me for damage they supposedly found, without informing me or showing me the damage. This seems like a SCAM to me. I called immediately when I saw the credit card charge, couldn't get through to anyone at the location, but talked with someone at Uhaul who said they'd leave a message with the location. I still haven't heard back from anyone at Uhaul. If you think Uhaul is a reputable company, think again. #uhualsucks

I called numerous times as I was charged63$ for a 10 mile 2 hour trip. I was placed on hold for 12 plus minutes and never spoke with any customer service person after placing my complaint. this has happened before and I will never use you again as I wasn’t even able to get refunded the money I wrongfully was charged .I didn’t have the expenses to have poor customer service like this reflect my life and my money.

Inside of trailer was not clean. Staff offered to spray it out, but then I have a wet trailer. I got home, it smelled like old fish, so I ended up cleaning it myself.

This store is awful. There was a line of 15 people when i arrived at 9. 1 person behind the counter. Had to wait 45 minutes to get to the counter and get processed. Then the lights on the trailer where not functioning. When i asked for the manager i was told he was off and did not want to take calls. I understand that after talking to one of the employees, the Manager is not listening to the staff regarding staffing requirements. I'd replace the manager or you will loose more and more business. When i left, the line was out the door, with people walking away. I counted 10 people who saw the line and just turned around.
