We were charged a fuel surcharge when we brought vehicle back with same amount of gas we picked up with. And we in fact filled the truck up at his gas station. HASSLE to get reimbursed! But we did. Not good service.

On drop off I was told I owed $9900 for a mileage charge . The attendant did get it figured out but it took an unreasonable length of time . This is the second time in a row I have had a problem with my U haul experience
