We called ahead as suggested by the pick up person. They were very helpful. As we were done with the trailer a day early, they let us return it early. They directed us where to park it. We dropped it off. He took my paper and said he will deal with the paperwork. Still an odd thing. He looked at the trailer from across the parking lot, and even asked which one I dropped off, he never walked over and checked inside, or anything. In the past renting cars, I have seen people almost inspect every inch of the car. So this all seemed very laid back. But the trailer worked well, it pulled well, and I will use again.
