Fender was damaged, Trailer lights were not working. Mechanic came to fix 2+ hours after the call. Your dispatch couldn't figure out our home address, so we had to wait at the dealer until he arrived. Took him less than 10 minutes to replace the light and fix the wiring. There is no reason that couldn't have been maintained previously. The woman at the dealer did everything she could to help us out. The person she was dealing with on the phone from U-Haul did everything she could. My only issue was the lack of maintenance.

Employee was not well trained waited over an hour during pick up for employee to sort out rental and waited over an hour during return for employee to sort out refund because rental was processed wrong. Spent more time waiting at facility than I did actually using the trailer I rented
I had reserved a truck at a location in Ottawa. When I arrived in the morning to pick up my truck, I was advised that the time had been moved to the afternoon & the location was at a different spot in Ottawa. They advised that someone should have called me, but no one did. I had a specific time frame at my apartment to use the elevators and had hired movers to help and they were arriving at that time. The afternoon was not going to be an option. At that point I called the main number for U-Haul as the original U-Haul location advised he couldn't do anything. The customer service rep that helped me was very professional and helpful. They were able to find this location, which was over an hour drive away, but it was still an option. I had no issues at this location, but was an hour over my elevator time and had to deal with the building manager and the next people scheduled to use the elevator. Overall it was not a good experience.
Train the girl at the counter to be able to use the U-Haul online program or improve the wifi. Wait time was over 40 minutes to finalize the contract and pick up the equipment when the online check-in was ALREADY done by customer.
Have ur computer up n running when people are renting item. Plus have some better manners guy very rude I'll never go back there.
The location owner went out of hs way to ensure I had a trailer there for me the day I needed it.

Kept me waiting 40 minutes while waiting on store customers, charged me for 10 km over even though I left truck with more gas than it came with and not willing to negotiate...not impressed and will probably not use this service again
no one there knew how to figure out what to do,kept my papers and didn,t get my refund for 4 days laterafter many phone calls.
The gas station/variety store worker was very young and inexperienced with uHaul check out. I had to call uHaul customer service first. Then he had to call. He did try his best but perhaps someone with more experience should process rentals.

The tailgate lift assist spring had 3 of 4 leaf springs rusted and broken making it quite heavy to lift. Fortunately the last leaf held and no one was injured.
Nothing everything went very well
Not sure where to start. This was a disaster! The guy at Rubs garage was working alone and trying to run the gas station and serve me. Took him an hour to get me set up and give me the keys. U-Haul double booked, so somebody coming in after me was about to be very upset. The people at U-Haul when trying to reserve the truck couldn't figure out that Portland, ON to Kingston, ON is not that far. They had me down for over 3000 km and needing the truck for 10 days! They had me picking up in Portland, Oregon! I had to call 5 different people to get it right. It still wasn't, she just fudged the system for the right pick up and drop off, but they wanted $1500! After freaking out, she said she would make it $117. The icing on the cake was when they sent me my in voice, it said $0, but my visa was charged $117. Who is running this show? A bunch of monkeys?

Portland was not my original rental reservation site. Princess Street in Kingston was,they cancelled my reservation because no trailer available. .Nearest trailer available was a 45 minute drive away in the wrong direction adding more than 2 hours onto my trip. The person that arranged that reservation gave a p[ick up time as of 10 am, even though I told them I worked till noon, and was almost an hour away, asking for a 3 pm pick up, when I arrived there my reservation had been cancelled because I did not pick it up on time. NONE of the emails reacted me until hours after I had picked up the trailer and left. This is the worst company for customer service...trying to run the world from TEXAS!!!

This location is operated by a rude and controlling man. He demands people be submissive to his questions and doesnt give you an opportunity to answer before cutting you off by demanding an answer. Very bold and impossible to tolerate. He uses the police to strong arm clients as he believes he is being cheated and robbed. No sooner did I drop off the key and he left threatening police action if I did not call him back immediately. My response is to leave someone that rude waiting for as long as I want to. His response is to just continue to escalate the situation beyond hope of resolution. Very poor people skills. On my part too but I'm not running a business. I am supposed to be the customer that is treated politely in the first place. I would guess that a lot of people are just like me and just walk out and dont go back. Who needs it. There are other companies to use without the hassle of dealing with a rude jackass. The use of the police to threaten and intimidate should be illegal. He filed a no trespassing against me by lying to the police. I was fortunate to have the employee provide testimony to the police report to refute his lies. Also the video to show it was untrue. Not a good person.
Truck tire pressure sensor was alerting of an issue when picked up. The rear tire had a nail in it and needed to be replaced shortly after driving the vehicle.
little attention to details.... truck was at 3/4 tank rather than full, right front tire had a slow leak....BUT unit was clean and well maintained. overall, quite satisfied...
