Very difficult to park. Too dark after hours. Difficult to take photos of vehicle. I would prefer a different location.

The staff (one young guy) was working his part-time job? He did not know rental options, and tried to sell me a package that was more than I needed. Then he overcharged me, and it took 30 min to come to an agreement. The truck was great, the help was terrible!

Mario UThe CS agent didn’t explain that I would need to use the app for checkout. We already on the road when I received a text exposing I needed to take photos of the truck. The app didn’t work at checkin. And I received a message two days after I returned the truck, asking me to return the truck. I called the office and they said they weren’t sure but if I ended up on their late return list they would give me a call .
