It’s not obvious and not an option offered on the website/app when doing a reservation, but this place does offer 24/7 pick up with Mobile check-in. The people at this location were really cooperative and happy to set me up for a pick up after hours.

MICHAEL HI had to clean out the car myself. There were bottles and stuff inside of the vehicle. I had to clean it myself or get charged a $25 fee when selecting whether or not the vehicle was left clean or not after my use. Seems like the $25 should go to me.
