Tell customers that there is a two step phone verification process to get the car BEFORE they go to get it so they can prepare for it. And please put up signs where the key drop box is located upon the car drop off. Chat customer service did not know where it was located after hours and sent me to the wrong area. Then pushing the key down a small orange tube with your hand was hard to do. The key chain is an odd shape and does not easily go down a round tube. I get the area is sketchy but pls figure out a better system for key return and add a key drop box sign.

Great straight forward process. Easy to book online and great location! The truck was easy to use and the staff at this location were super knowledgeable, kind, and helpful! Would rent again from this location and would recommend anyone who is moving to rent a truck from here. Wish I had done this for other previous moves, it is worth every penny! Our 2 bedroom apartment fit in one full load of the 15’ truck.
MAGNUS JI had my gas drained out of the U-Haul truck in downtown Portland. They were very helpful, got roadside assistance & they were very nice. Even though it was a horrible experience, U-Haul came through with excellent service.
