Keys were accidently locked inside the rental truck just a few hours before our big event. Called A-Boy to see what to do and they immediately checked to see if they had a spare key for the truck - which they did! Ran over to pick it up and they had it ready to hand to me. SO helpful and understanding of our problem and time crunch!
Lynda LBeing forced to use the U Haul app instead of talking to a human being was a bit frustrating. I could not get my camera to work to upload my drivers lisence or to photograph the condition of the truck before I rented it. In hindsight, I must have not given the U Haul app permission to access my camera, but it did not ask for it again, it simply didn't work. Which was frustrating. The human folks at the rental place were great, though.
