The U-Haul truck fuel tank was empty.....the engine was sputtering as we pulled into the gas station located 1.5 miles away from pick up location. Other than that the truck was in good shape....BUT NO GAS! I returned it with just over a 1/4 of a tank......with the price of gas I would like a partial refund for the lack of fuel.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkMy feedback on this location is that when I dropped the truck off after hours and called the number it told me to call, NONE of the U-Haul customer service people I spoke with (several of them!!!!) were able to help. That was incredibly frustrating and a sight inconvenience to me since I had to travel back to Portland the next day to return the truck properly. The woman who worked at the drop off location was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding, which I appreciated greatly.
