Don’t let people schedule for an after hours drop off if they don’t have a key drop box. Horrible customer service and made your problem my problem.

Easy in and out service!

HILARY BVery difficult to find, and you have to drive through a tight alley to get to the truck and then drive the truck out of that tight alley. Also due to thievery the truck was on empty when we picked it up and had to try to book it straight to and gas station and fill up. That was stressful
JENNIFER KMobile pick up was difficult, even with the app. The Uhaul was also on empty, so I had to go immediately to a gas station even though where I needed to be was on the same block where the Uhaul was parked. It set me back 20 minutes and my movers had to wait for me. Trucks should not be out of gas requiring immediate fill by the customer. The truck worked fine otherwise and no complaints with drop off.
