The phone service was not kind I know they stand by for 24 hours but too. Cold and the app is little tricky to me even I'm 34. I think my parents can not handle when they have to by then selfs for all the steps..

Guy at the desk couldn't be bothered to help me while talking to his buddy. When he finally got around to renting me the truck, not only did he not go out with me to inspect the truck, he didn't even bother to help open the door while I struggled with the blankets I rented. When I got the vehicle to my home (just a few miles from the rental place) and the movers showed up, they said that I should not drive with that tire and I had to call UHaul Roadside assistance to change the tire. This process took several hours, I would hear that someone was coming and then they didn't show up, on and on. Finally, someone came to help and change the tire, and did an inspection on all of the tires and saw that the other front tire had a deep slash in the tire -- he said it was completely unacceptable and a safety risk for me to drive on that tire and so he changed that one too. Basically, the rudeness and ineptitude of the guy at AutoPrada literally put my life at risk. I can't begin to imagine a worse possible experience with UHaul than I had at this location, and I'm grateful for the Roadside Assistant professional who showed up. He quite literally saved my life and everything I own. I will note that I ended up having to delay my move which also ended up adding unplanned expenses to my overall move, including the expense of last minute rescheduling movers at my destination for another day. All of this could have easily been avoided had you had someone with the slightest level of professionalism at the pick-up location.
KARI BFor the 3rd time in a row, they charged me for 2 gallons of gas which, for the 3rd time, you all have reversed. It seems adding 2 gallons of gas to the invoice is a profit center.
Jason ONo information was given. I signed some papers he gave me the key and moved to the next customer. He didn’t tell me that there was little to no gas in the tank or that the drop off location was different. They also overestimated how much has was left based on how they marked how much I started with on the form. I returned it with as much as I got it with but was charged extra for gas.
ROBERT NOnly problem I had is I received 3 different charge receipts and I'm confused on why? Maybe someone can call me and explain. Otherwise the rental of the U-Haul Van was fine.
