The staff at this location was extremely professional and courteous — top notch. However, U-Haul's listed internal height for the 5x8 trailer is misleading. My 60-gallon water heater, even without packaging, did not fit upright as expected based on the advertised dimensions. Please revise the specs or clarify usable height more accurately.
HUGUES CNot a great experience during my move. I wasted a lot of time and a lot of money. I had made a basic reservation at 6:30 in the morning, your service informed me at almost 7 a.m. that they had not left the keys and sent me 65 km further to get another truck, 50 minutes from my home (so 2 round trips, or 3 hours just to pick up and return the truck). I had hired 2 movers paid by the hour. For 3 hours I paid them each at an hourly rate of $35 to do NOTHING! The icing on the cake is that I made them charge an additional $18 for fuel though it was because your rental was too far away. And all I can find to say is we are sorry. Frankly, I must be extremely disappointed and frustrated.

chevalier dVoici des points qui font en sorte que plus jamais j’utiliserai U-Haul : 1- Reservation fait il y a un mois. On m’appelle la veille pour me dire qu’un camion plus petit est disponible à 40 minutes de chez moi à 16h30 (j’avais réservé pour 07h00). 2- Le camion avait un dommage. Je l’ai prit en photo comme preuve au cas. Comme je me doutais, U-Haul a voulu me facturer ce dommage. 5 jours plus tard après 2 courriels et 3 appels, toujours pas de nouvelle de leur part. 3- Arrivé à la succursale, au lieu que ce soit facile et que je prenne le camion, l’employé a refait ma réservation en entier et comme elle ne parlait pas français, ça a prit 15 minutes. De trop. Bref, plus jamais. Pire service client jamais vu.
