I originally booked the Uhaul in downtown Norfolk but was instructed they did not have the equipment that I asked for and sent me to this location. I was able to get the truck and later came back for the trailer. The worker helped us put the hitch on to connect the trailer but then left, telling us he did not know how to put the car on the trailer. Well, neither did we but we had to figure it out as he left us there. It took us nearly an hour but we finally got the car on the trailer and left. It was not a good experience and I would not recommend going to this Uhaul.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkWe were missing the cotter pin for our hitch and had to go home to get another one. It might have been nice if this location had cotter pins available for purchase.

REBECCA MLocation is too small to safely return units due to having to maneuver in a busy highway instead of maneuvering on a lot to back trailers and trucks into the location. Also the location has inconvenient hours of operation to return units.
THOMAS DThis location is too small to rent units. It is difficult to return a unit to this location and requires you to maneuver your vehicle in a busy highway instead of their lot to return a unit. They are also not open on all weekdays, being closed on Mondays making a return timing difficult.
