Due to our order pickup location being changed we had to drive to a different state to pick up or ordered U-Haul’s. Was charged an entire extra day even though U-Haul was returned on the day specified. No one informed us that we had to return it by a specific time or we would be charged for an additional day. If we had been informed we would have done that.

Just fyi. There was no one there. This was at 11 AM. Not a lot of places to park the truck but got it backed in ok.
Shanna CI ordered blankets and a bed protector. nothing was there when i picked up the truck. i emailed customer service and was still charged for all of the stuff. now I get to wait a week to get my money back. not impressed at all!!!!

CONNIE NThe only thing I noticed was the center console had not been wiped down. It appeared that a prior renter had spilled some liquid. I point this out only because this was present when I picked it up, and I had no obligation to clean it. Really, it was no big deal to me, but some people are very uptight about such things.
