GIOVANNI SBob Gorman, owner of the garage was rude and difficult to deal with as a customer. He wanted me to wash the trailer in the nearby carwash even though the trailer was broom cleaned. The open trailer has couple pieces of tree bark!. When I said it is just a tree bark, I will remove it, he started yelling. I needed to leave with the trailer, remove the 3 pieces of tree bark somewhere else and come back before he will accept it. Very poor experience for a long standing customer like me
