Please is a mechanics garage - personnel were great and friendly, great communication, and easy drop off. Not very clean nor inviting which is what I’d expect from a mechanics garage. Will take my car here when it needs service or repair and if I’m in need of U-Haul services again I will use them also.
ERIK SAvailability of certain equipment slightly lacking in the area, but I do understand the ebbs and flows of supply and demand.
BERNARD DDROP off location in the CITY of POUGHKEEPSIE- little bit out of my way from WHERE I was- 45 Miles out of my way- little bit inconvenient when there was a location 1 mile away from where I was- but the Gentleman who greeted me was SHOCKED as receiving a 20ft truck- he had no room for it: Full tank of Fuel- which he appreciated , when picking up the vech Fuel was low- Location is a little bit on the tight side in getting /in and out of the location with a truck- BUT the representative was very understanding- very helpful- and understood my situation- the only suggestion I can think of---IF the location was in a better area for TRUCKS- to feel more comfortable in DRIVING inside the gates of the establishment.
