I needed to rent a car carrier, but there weren't any around. I contacted several people and everyone was curteous and helpful. The people at 4455 Glass and Metal found a trailer, U-Haul got it to Gormans in Poughkeepsie, and Gormans made sure everything was in working order. I was able to do what I needed to do. Thank You!

CHARLES WI had the worst rental experience imaginable. I didn't receive the truck I had reserved for the day I needed it. After that, I had to drive 40 minutes to another location, only to find out that there was still no truck available on time. I spent a significant amount of time calling customer service, which led me to yet another location, a 20-minute drive from the previous one, in search of a truck. When I finally got a truck, it didn't even come with a cart for transporting heavy items. Additionally, I ended up spending a lot of extra money to pay the driver (who was supposed to drive my car back) and the movers/loaders, who had to wait for me while I dealt with all the issues of securing a truck. To top it all off, I never received the $50 guarantee that was supposed to be provided if my reserved truck wasn't available on time. Overall, the entire experience was incredibly frustrating.
