When I returned with the correct size hitch ball there was only one person at the desk and no helper to help hook up the car trailer. I hooked it up myself after several attempts at backing toward the trailer hitch. The trailer worked very well for a 700 mile trip cross states.

Ruby RI have no complaint with North Kitsap Storage HOWEVER I DO HAVE A COMPLAINT WITH U-HAUL. AT 7am I went to pick my truck up from the location U-Haul recommended. There was no truck available and it turns out that location does not have trucks, just trailers. I was dropped off by an Uber in the middle of nowhere having to scramble to find a replacement truck because I had hired people to help me move. Thankfully North Kitsap Moving and Storage saved me. SHAME ON YOU, U-Haul for stranding a single mom and her kid in the middle of nowhere in the pitch black because your system made a HUGE error.
