THOMAS RThe lady was was very nice and informative.
Annette DThe app is terrible and wouldn't let me do anything. The website wouldn't let me change my drop off location when I called the call center to change my drop off location. They told me the drop off. Location could receive equipment 24 hours when I called to verify. They actually couldn't. And then lastly, when I asked another branch to change my reservation, they said, I had to call direct. They couldn't do it. So all of that makes for a frustrating experience. However the equipment was great! The people at both locations were great. I just think you guys as a parent company have a lot of progress to make. See my other note.
