Man playing solitaire in the pc proceeded to interrupt the guy who was helping. He had told me that I couldn't use a trans port trailer for more than 50 miles. I informed him that he must be mistaken do to fact I have worked for Uhaul and we rent them to folks going cross country mostly military. He told me he had work at corporate had they didn't like the ware and tare if long distance in the trailers. He than wanted to know if I was towing the vehicle both direction or dropping it off and returning without it? I asked what's it matter I'm paying for four days and returning the trailer he wanted to know the total distance I let him know it was a five and a half hour drive one way. I asked if I could leave the trailer in return in front of the shop never to the parked uhaul box truck since they don't open until ten am and I start work at 720 am. I've done this in the past and slipped the paper work in the mail slot of course he said know. The trail once loaded had to exstearmly low tires. I put air in them as not to have any issues of blowouts or worsen the treds. I was also told I couldn't return the trailer to the Bremerton Uhaul 10 miles from there office the set up the rental for me. All in I would never recommend this location even to folks whom live near it. Respextfully James R. Senitz

Customer service was terrible. Dave had an attitude both today and yesterday about his lunch hour. I understand that your lunch hour is a designated time but from 1145-115 is an hour and a half lunch hour and he was throwing a fit about the fact that he was missing 15 minutes of his lunch hour for the fact I arrived at 1155. I had to complete tasks for the navy prior to turning in the truck today and he was extremely frustrated about 10 minutes when he had told me directly the day I had rented the u haul that there lunch really starts at 12 but they tell people 1145 to prevent people showing up late. Realistically speaking I didn't even take time from his lunch hour. Point is I won't return or reccomend anyone to rent from this location again.

Not for the location - but it's extremely annoying to have the blankets and dolly in the truck - and not be able to remove them without getting charged. They literally get in the way of moving items in, and I think they should not be included if not requested.

When I rented the truck, I was told I could return it late and not be charged an extra day. When I returned it, the manager on duty said he could not find notes supporting my claim. I said OK. Charge me the extra day. When I told him I was going to cancel my reservation for next months final move from Washington to Nevada, he told me go ahead and go to Ryder if I wanted too. Very poor customer service. He basically called me a liar. I would not allow this manager to work for me.

When I picked up the truck I was informed that the safe trip was added to my bill. I did not elect to have it when I scheduled the truck and the fellow at that location told me he could not reverse it, and that I needed to call an 800 number - which I did not have time to do. None of this makes any sense!

We rented a trailer and we are renting a storage unit. Renting the trailer went smoothly overall it was renting the storage unit where we had issues.The location itself was fine. What was poor was the fact that we had called multiple times to try and reserve a storage unit and thought we had one reserved one in Port Townsend, however when we called back to confirm they said they didn't even have storage units. Then we talked to another lady and we were able to reserve one in Poulsbo. The Uhaul in Poulso didn't have our reservation for our storage unit when we showed up to move our trailer of stuff into the storage unit so we waited for almost a half hour before we could get into a unit and ended up getting a completely different unit altogether than what we had reserved over the phone. Again, not blaming the location itself, but find it confusing how we got an email from Uhaul after we reserved the storage unit and when we went to drop our stuff off at the unit the reservation wasn't in the system at all. I'm not mad, just hope this review can help Uhaul possibly determine and develop a better way to track reservations so others don't run into the same issue :)

I had a very poor experience with renting from UHaul. I was bounced around to 3 different U-Hauls for a 6x12 trailer. Each said to go to the other place because "they are the ones with your trailer." At the final place we explained our situation and the representative was unsurprised and said "well, that's UHaul". No one had the trailer we had reserved, so we relented and ended up renting a 26-foot truck as it was the only size that was offered to us. Subsequently, we spent way more money than we needed to. After walking out I noticed that they ended up giving me the older of the two trucks, with a new Ford truck parked next to an old GMC, the GMC being the one assigned to me, which wasn't a huge issue until a bit later. Once I got to our first stop to pick up our sofas, I noticed the attic space up in the front was leaking and streams of water were pouring down the entire truck inside. This made it difficult to even utilize the space of the truck. Also, during the drive to our new location the ABS and brake light flashed twice at different, random times. It did not stay on but it was unnerving to say the least. Through all of this, no one has taken care of this on the spot. They have given me websites and phone numbers to call and complain. So as a customer not only do I have to deal with the poor experience but then I also have to waste more of my time to get it taken care of properly. Overall I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience, I have used U-Haul in the past and it's not been an issue, but this is likely to keep me away for many years in the future.

On 1/30/2017 You put a 282.00$ hold on my account for the uhaul . Which dissappeared from my account, then never returned to my account. Then on 2/6/2017 i was charged 185.52$ it is now 2/17/2017 i was never refunded the remaining 96.48$ and i was charged an additional 185.52$ ive called the office directly to attempt to resolve my overcharge, but Fred replies , "this is above my paygrade." And he promises that i would get a phone call from someone who can help and i havent received a single call on the matter. I am extremely dissappointed with your service and the way you handle business.
