We reserved a van at another storage location on Bernt St. in Poulsbo. When we arrived to pick up the van on Friday the business was closed due to “ a medical emergency.” No one notified us that the business was closed and our van was unavailable. The sign said the they would open at 7:30 am on Saturday. When I arrived on Saturday to get the van I was told the reservation was canceled. They had no vans to rent. This delay significantly affected our moving plans. We did find one at the chevron station a mile away, but the terrible service we got at the previous place makes us never want to rent a U-Haul again!
