Was caught a bit off guard, but that was my own doing. I was unprepared and 40 mins late, but the UHaul folks at this station were very patient with me. The tech who hooked up my truck to the UHaul trailer was thorough and made sure everything worked the way it was supposed to. The $8 for insurance was well worth the price - why take the risk, for $8. Manager upgraded me at no extra cost, due to a possible scheduling conflict, since I arrived a bit later than expected - again my fault, but she had my back. I'll be back, next time I need a truck or trailer.
