The help was great at pick up and guided me through the process, I was helped with hooking up the toy hauler and provided me with tips and recommendations. Great experience at pick up. Drop off was great quick and easy. Comments for toy hauler would be to have large vehicle straps for sale and let customers know before hand that straps are not part of the rental so people can be prepared with buying some before hand.
