The UHaul on Pomerado Road in San Diego is fantastic. This is about the online experience. I will never use the website or app to book an appointment again. I used the website and booked a with the store on Poway Rd as I thought they were larger and would have what I wanted. The website took my reservation for the date that I wanted, but the time availability was not as early as I wanted so I called the store. I'm glad I did as they let me know that they didn't even have one of the 5x8 enclosed trailers on the lot. That is when the store on Pomerado came thru for me, thanksfully! Also, after picking up the trailer, I had to drive by the Poway Rd store and they did have one of the enclosed trailers that I had wanted. I'll also not use them again either.
