I Picked up U-Haul after hours. The U-Haul was absolutely filthy. The inside had food/debris on floor boards, cup holders were sticky. The outside was filthy, windshield was dirty. I have rented uhauls in the past and this was by far the worst experience.

The U-Haul which was inside of a gas station had closed at 3P so one of the clerks had taken the keys and gotten all of my info so that in the morning when the U-Haul reopened they could get it returned for me. It was very nice of them doing all of that for me so I didn't have to keep the truck overnight and bring it back in the morning after a long day of driving and moving.
