The location was decent for the area. However when I dropped off the U-Haul, I had to ask if they wanted to see the truck before I left. Then I was contacted by U-Haul to ensure I had dropped it off as it was not processed yet and as it is dependent on the amount of days that stressed me out a bit. Other than that the staff was friendly.

Jay MTruck was unsafe for winter conditions. Still had remnants of previous renter in box. Tire pressure warning was on, bald tires made it dangerous to drive on winter roads
