The only issue was there was no way for us to get our originally scheduled truck because the person who had it before didn't bring it back while the place was open. There should have been a way to have someone bring us a truck from another location so the option wasn't for us to drive to Canada or 2 hours away ourselves as those were the only other locations that had a truck available for our original date.

Andrew DI was finally able to rent a 15' foot truck and this location had one ready. There is a major shortage of trucks and not many to be had up here in Aroostook County Maine. Cowetts was friendly and professional, making my experience stress free and worth the drive.
Adam HActually stick to reservations. Don’t lie about how full the gas tank is. Don’t make people wait 2+ hours to receive their RESERVED truck. Don’t change people’s reservations WITHOUT permission.
