I would never rent another U-Haul in Aroostook County Maine. As in typical Aroostook County Maine no information is ever accurately relayed by anyone. The rules are made up as they go. No issues with the Bangor location. As far as I know. Someone was not being forthcoming in their information I'm not sure which branch it was.

the equipment was ok but we weren't given any instructions on the truck at all. Read on the form after we left that we accepted the risk of water damage due to a torn corner cap. We hadn't even been told about it let alone accepted the risk. Also the fellow who did the paperwork took a very long time and seemed very confused. We were in the office about 40 min picking up the truck. Seemed unnecessary .

Very friendly and helpful people. They will go out of there way to help you. I highly recommend them. Also they have a gas station on site and a convenience store full of good snacks and cold drinks. There breakfast sandwiches are awesome!
