After I made my reservation, someone (U-Haul ? local operator said he didn't) canceled it and the location operator had to re-make the reservation, creating a conflict with another person that had reserved the same truck after I had initially reserved it. U-Haul should not have the ability to cancel a customer's reservation. Only the local operator should have that ability.

Reserved trailer on a Friday for pickup on Monday I guess the computer was down and no one knew what to do. When I finally got the trailer the plug for the lights was cut and had to wait for a new one to be installed. This was the first time I've had any inconvenience with this facility so for the most part I still recommend them highly and would use them again.
