Excellent customer experience there, however, a couple of things of note. The check engine light was on from the time I picked up the truck, with no warning it was on, nothing noted on the contract, etc. The vehicle was clean overall, but previous drivers had spilled pop, coffee, or something similar and it had not been cleaned away from the cupholder and center console of the truck. Based on my previous experience (often) of renting from UHaul, it was just slightly dirtier than normal but not so much I needed to complain. Others might. And it used more gas than normal, especially considering I had a fairly light load of just a bedroom suite and a sectional couch on a 15 foot truck.
