The staff was polite and called us that there was a mistake made on our charges and that they had taken action to fix it for us and advised us it be corrected and credited back to our bank card within a few days .

Easy to rent and I thought it was a good price.

MATTHEW LTHe uhaul was located across a busy street, which I had to push a dolly across. I got no instructions on what kind of gas the truck required or how to open the back of the U-Haul. The inside was clean, but the outside needed to be washed; the wheels were covered in mud, and mud was splattered along the side of the truck. I would only recommend this location, because they were the only one with the size of truck that I needed, even though I had to drive 1 hour and 15 minutes to this location.
