When you changed my drop off location, I would ask that you have staff that can drop their own egos to make the customer feel heard. The women I spoke with out of Vancouver was super rude to me and it was all because I was upset that I had to go 2 hours out of my way. Not once did she say I’m so sorry, or I understand your frustration. This would have completely changed my experience with U-Haul.

Not really all that clean but it didn’t bother me. License plate light was out but my trip would all be in daylight.
