GLENN KSole debris left inside trailer including an u smoked cigar. Outside was dirty from road. I swept it out and washed it when I dropped it off.

SEAN HBetter communication & customer service would be appreciated. Would be nice to have person show one how to unlock & lift up back door, advise us beforehand that it would probably be frozen so may not open, go over basics of operation, and tell us where to leave dollies (worried about them getting stolen out of unlocked storage part, so put in cab).
