We had rented a dolly and cloths as well as a van, but they weren't in the van when we arrived. i checked the app and confirmed I had rented them, and it said in the pickup instructions they should be in the van. When we went back inside to ask, the employee said "Yeah, you have to pick them up yourself" and walked away without directing us to where the supplies were. A different employee had to come over and help us. After driving the van to where we were picking up some items, we found broken glass in the step area of the back side door. Convenient downtown location was the main plus.

Kelley LI reserved the car dolly a month in advance and she I went to pick it up they had rented it to somebody else. I had to wait until the end of the day to receive it. Unacceptable
