Never met the personnel as the establishment was closed. the building was old and worn and the l9cation was small and felt undeveloped. Otherwise the sign for rental return key drop off was easy to locate and the location had enough room to pivot the truck to a spot to park it. It worked fine.
WYATT NThe trailer is working order was in good condition. However, when I got home to load up, I realized the whole front of the trailer was filled with what looked like glass from a mirror that had broken along with other plastic strapping pieces. I had to clean out the trailer before I could use it of all the glass. I would suggest in the future that is looked over thoroughly when returned from the previous customer.
