Well o drove from pg to van to Saskatoon…km for 2g should be included…. Charged me extra 180 …. Seems steep come on 62c a km how dare you!
Jamie AEverything was excellent except there was engine light was on. I told the guy about it and said not to worry. When you are going 700 km it’s little scary
Didar BThe man was rude. His store smelt strongly like cat pee. The U-Haul was disgusting, we had to buy cleaning supplies and wipe down the steering wheel and seats. The seatbelt had a terrible stench of body odor. I was told on the phone by a U-Haul representative not to take it back to the same store or else I would get charged thousands of dollars. The man told me to take it back to his place "OR ELSE I WILL charge you thousands of dollars." Ended up with an outstanding bill of a thousand dollars. This experience will make me never want to use U-Haul again after multiple rentals, and I will be making sure to tell many people how this experience was.
