The man was rude. His store smelt strongly like cat pee. The U-Haul was disgusting, we had to buy cleaning supplies and wipe down the steering wheel and seats. The seatbelt had a terrible stench of body odor. I was told on the phone by a U-Haul representative not to take it back to the same store or else I would get charged thousands of dollars. The man told me to take it back to his place "OR ELSE I WILL charge you thousands of dollars." Ended up with an outstanding bill of a thousand dollars. This experience will make me never want to use U-Haul again after multiple rentals, and I will be making sure to tell many people how this experience was.

Alexander MNever met the personnel as the establishment was closed. the building was old and worn and the l9cation was small and felt undeveloped. Otherwise the sign for rental return key drop off was easy to locate and the location had enough room to pivot the truck to a spot to park it. It worked fine.
