No one there to help, as they were busy washing cars, wasn't sure what to do etc so just dropped the trailer and left.

Hamid ANo problem dropping off the trailer once we got to Prince George.
LESLIE HWe had rented a dolly and cloths as well as a van, but they weren't in the van when we arrived. i checked the app and confirmed I had rented them, and it said in the pickup instructions they should be in the van. When we went back inside to ask, the employee said "Yeah, you have to pick them up yourself" and walked away without directing us to where the supplies were. A different employee had to come over and help us. After driving the van to where we were picking up some items, we found broken glass in the step area of the back side door. Convenient downtown location was the main plus.
