We did 24/7 drop off so we didn't interact with the business at all. My only complaint is that the lot was small and full so we had to park behind another uhaul
Kelley LI reserved the car dolly a month in advance and she I went to pick it up they had rented it to somebody else. I had to wait until the end of the day to receive it. Unacceptable

Larry TWhen I arrived, the vehicle had not been prepped at all for being rented. I spent over 20 minutes scraping and defrosting the windows and taking 360 photos which the owner should be responsible for of the time that I PAID FOR because the owner of a very small uhaul space could not be bothered to do. Therefore, I was very rushed doing what I had to do with the uhaul because of the unexpected time waste. The owner also charged me $16 for coverage that I did not request or ask for as I only drove 18kms. I did not approve or request this charge. The owner didn’t speak more than a few words to me aside from telling me the gas gauge rating and to put the sign that was left in the interior windowshield that was covering the entirety of the frosted window in behind the back seat. I will not pay for charges assigned by the owner that I did not ask for and it is unfair that I spent 20 minutes of the rental time scraping the windows and prepping the vehicle to drive or being charged for coverage that I didn’t ask for when I went less than 19km total.
