You need to MAKE SURE that the place where you pick up is not a empty building over grown with weeds and trash and snakes this place is a empty building that has been vacated for a while there needs to be someone there to talk too you need to start checking with the places that represent You Uhaul to make sure there is customer service attendant there it was a nightmare to get to the vehicle in the tall grass praying I didn’t get bite by a snake . The first location in Comanche Texas on the square was a joke I was there before time and called and called and NOT ONE PERSON again WHO represents You Uhaul showed up or even answererd up . I can say this much the Abilene Tx Uhaul people over the phone went above to help me and understand my frustration that I was going thru and stayed on the phone with me and helped thank you so much for you guys in Abilene TX your awesome !!!! But uhaul you need to start sending people in and down to check out the places and supposedly people that are running these places because there getting away with not representing you U haul and causing grief to customers when it could be All avoided . Other than this I have never had any problems tans hopeful that I will not have Any more in the COMANCHE TX AREA down town on the square or PROCTOR TX AREA ! beware avoid to save frustration. Oh by the way there was not even a note or anything on the door just a closed sign down on the square in Comanche when they where supposed to be open for business for u haul and the order was placed online which was pretty smooth . Just please start investigation who represents you u haul to MAKE SURE THEY ARE THERE WORKING and representing YOU !!! And not taking our money and giving no SERVICE to the good people who believe and trust uhaul!!!

Well we had setup a rental in stephenville, Tex. After an hour on the phone with the most amazing customer service rep your company could have (Tammy). The U-Haul location in stephenville did not leave keys in any of their trucks. Tammy (the then proceeded to find a location that was 20 miles away in Proctor, Tex that had a truck and she was advised the keys were in the trucks there. We went to the proctor location and yes the keys were in the truck and of course Tammy walked us through getting that truck as well. The location in proctor is a lawsuit waiting to happen! If my husband had not been there I would have left...The trucks were sitting in grass and shrubbery up to our waist. I was afraid we were going to walk up to a snake and of course this location ia in the middle of no where land. The U-Haul experience was the worst experience I have ever dealt with. Your company needs to thank Tammy... she made an awful awful experience adaptable. She helped us roll through the punches. We have the second leg of this move July 1. Trust me - I will be looking for a company that makes sure that the locations that are in rural areas are up to company standards. We were suppose to pick up our rental at noon... it was 3:30 before we got a truck and then we had to drive an additional 20 miles back. Thank you Tammy for the patience and customer service. She made your company look professional.

I was supposed to turn it in at a drop-off place in Proctor Texas there is no drop box for the key like I was told there would be and when I question them they were real rude they told me to take pictures of everything and our I would be responsible if anything happened to the truck I was not told him I would not be responsible for everything happened the truck because there is no lock box and it looks like it was a abandoned coffee or smoke shop it was horrible and I was horrified I didn't know somebody's going to hit me in the head or what when I called to ask for help I was treated very rudely she said it was not abandon smoke shop it was there a drop-off location and I told her it was abandoned the door was open anybody can walk in and it was horrible absolutely horrible and I didn't appreciate being talked down to

Worst experience ever. Her business is very unprofessional. The money you have to pay and then the poor communication. Never again.
