The location is terrible! there are people talking loud back to back very very loud while you as a customer trying to talk to the uhaul agent picking up your rental! they gave me the keys to the van and told me to go find the van in a street parking! Van was no where to be found, then they gave me a different keys for another van for which i didn’t sign! millage was diffrent gas level different. what a mess!!!!

Roger lI just got a ticket from NYPD for night parking when I dropped the van off with a clerk at this location at 6:00pm. They have no parking at the site so they park on the street, get tickets, and try to pass the cost off to the customer.
